Thank you so much for doing this interview, Mark. I am excited to learn more about you. So, let’s get started with the interviewing process!
Where were you born and raised, what was childhood like, and what did you want to be when you ‘grew up?’
I was raised in Upstate New York , a city called Utica. I had a great childhood with the most excellent parents, grandparents ,4 siblings, and with 15 Aunts and Uncles.
I actually wanted to be a singer and songwriter when I was growing up. I let that go for a higher calling I believe.
I went to College for what seemed an eternity. I earned degrees in Social Work, Computer Science and Ministerial Studies after all my higher education.

What did your parents do for a living and was there any Entrepreneurship in the family?
My parents worked in high paying factory jobs, which are all but extinct in the USA today.
My dad had owned in his lifetime a few small local businesses also.
He had a great appreciation for education but also for business entrepreneurship. Both my parents believed in the American DREAM and in American Exceptionalism.
The key thing my dad taught me was to ‘ work smart, not hard’. That means leverage yourself through people and money or investments.

What type of jobs or career did you have before internet marketing and what were the pros and cons of working for someone else?
Before getting involved in marketing , I worked jobs in Social Services and Computer Services…..and in Christian Ministry….as well as owning a traditional retail based business.
All of these were a learning ground and preparation to propel me into having my own business in marketing.
The pros were that they taught me what I wanted and what I did not want to do and have in terms of a career.
The CONS were many…..as an employee I was working feverishly to make someone else rich and wealthy. I was told when to report to work, when I could take a break, when I could take a vacation and how much my efforts were worth each year.
In my traditional small business, it wasn’t much better…….I worked 7 days a week, I was buried in paperwork, high overhead and eeked out a small living…. And I was a few hundred thousand dollars in debt.

When did you discover internet marketing, what was your first two years like, and can you tell us what you would change if you started over today?
I found my marketing career while I was struggling and failing in that small business….It was introduced to me by a stranger…..who left a promotional card at my store…..I was open and looking for a change.
I got involved and my first 2 years were a solid learning curve…but also ,very lucrative…within my first 6 months, I was earning as much money as I did in my best paying job…..and within the first two years I was earning more money than lawyers or doctors.
Plus I had a great lifestyle where I controlled my time, worked right from my home…no commute….and had personal freedom. Living the true American Dream….no longer the American Nightmare. The PERFECT business….a home based business.

I want to help, inspire and empower anyone who has a DREAM within them.
I believe that inner dreams are the POWER Of LIFE….they are Visionary, CREATIVE and When achieved are very satisfying at all levels… including our FINANCES!

I am reading ‘ The 4 Hour Work Week ‘ by Timothy Ferriss. I like it because it stretches my personal vision to create a lifestyle that is wrought with COMPLETE Personal Freedom…..Personal TIME Freedom and Personal FINANCIAL Freedom. A truly LEVERAGED Life in Business.

What are your goals for 2023?
MY personal Goals in 2023 from a Business perspective in to develop MULTIPLE STREAMS OF INCOME …netting me $1,000,000 of income .

Wow…I am like a quote machine….and I have so many quotes I love and use daily.
Including Bible Scriptures which I find very empowering.
