It involved no bugging people in person, no calling, and people came to me instead of me pushing it onto people that just didn’t want to hear about it.

So, here’s the breakdown of the steps for a simple MLM strategy to build a huge, successful MLM business:
- Learn a Lead Generation technique you can use consistently.
- Generate Leads with it on a daily basis.
- Teach new members who join your team this Lead Generation technique.
- Work with the 3 to 5 people on your team who are ACTUALLY generating Leads.
- Teach those 3 to 5 leaders how to teach their team the same system.
People overcomplicate MLM.
They think that there is some magic trick that they just can’t see.
Well, there is magic – when you find a lead generation technique and your team can easily copy it.
So, what’s the problem?
Why do people struggle with MLM?
Here’s the catch. . .
Like I said in the beginning, MLM is a real, legitimate business.
And, real businesses cost money and time.
I will cut you a break though.
In MLM, you either need time or money, not both essentially.
There’s many things you can automate with MLM because it’s based on the internet.
You can automate almost all social media platforms, buy leads, and have a email system emailing your prospects for you.
But, if you don’t have time to really learn how to generate leads and create content on the internet, you’ll have to spend money.
Yes, you will have to spend money on buying leads.
Like I said earlier, MLM is about getting eyeballs on your opportunity, a lot of eyeballs.
How to Create a Simple MLM Strategy for Consistent Growth
Here’s what I tell my new paid affiliates in my primary MLM business.
“Buy Leads until you generate free leads using social media, video, and blogging.
Why do I do this?
For one, I don’t want you to bug your friends and family.
Most new network marketers don’t know how to talk and act around friends and family about their MLM.
So, you need to buy leads.
I suggest using Solo Ads and find some good “sales copy” and start testing solo ad vendors with smaller dollar amounts to see what converts.
In the meantime, you should create a blog using your name, like johndoe.com.
You want to brand “YOU” not your MLM company.
It takes time to get a blog going and generating leads, about two years, same with video, so that’s why I suggest buying leads while these “free methods” grow.
Another way to generate leads, and is way faster than blogging or sitting on Facebook all day, is video marketing.
You can shoot a 3 minute video and have it posted on YouTube and Facebook in 15 minutes, 5 minutes if you’re posting it live with Facebook LIVE.
You could easily shoot a video on your way to work and one after work.
You don’t need to mention your MLM.
Just be yourself and point your viewers towards your blog.

Once you get leads flowing, pick the best free option and paid option and share it with your team in your MLM business.
You want it to be simple so that your team can duplicate you.
The easier they can duplicate your system, the bigger and faster your team will grow.
Also, most of your team won’t do anything.
It’s not your fault.
Most people are lazy and are not driven to succeed.
It’s not against you.
Don’t take this personally.
All you have to do is work with the 3 to 5 leaders on your team.
You will spot them, because they will be already generating leads and taking action.
Repeat the process.
Show your leaders your lead generation system, then teach them to teach their teams.
It doesn’t get simpler than this!
